Gluten Free Granola

15 servings/ serving size 1/3 Cup

3 C Rolled Oats – Gluten Free

1 C Chopped nuts - I used almonds, pistachios and pepitas (technically not a nut)

1 Tbsp Ground flax

1/2 C Coconut Oil melted

1/2 C Real Maple Syrup

1 Tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp Salt


Optional add ins but will change nutritional info:

Dark chocolate chips

Dried fruit

Peanut butter

Protein powder

Feel free to change up seasonings such as pumpkin pie spice


Pre-heat oven to 300°

Line baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix dry ingredients well

Combine oil and maple syrup add to dry mix and combine well

Poor out onto prepared baking sheet, smash down tight

Bake for 20 minutes then rotate baking sheet in oven and bake 20 more minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool, break up to preferred sizes put in airtight container.

Enjoy within 7-10 days (if it lasts that long)


Great as a snack or served on yogurt, fruit of in a smoothie bowl.
