Gluten free Soy free Vegetable Stir Fry
2 Tbsp Avocado oil for sautéing
1 cubed sweet potato
3 florets of cauliflower broken up
1 Organic Oyster Mushrooms chopped
3 Organic Shiitake Mushrooms chopped
3 Organic Cremini (Baby Bella) Mushrooms chopped
1-2 cups Bed of Arugula for serving
Sauté in avocado oil
Season with
1 tsp Pink Himalayan sea salt
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Ginger
¼ tsp Black pepper
Add more to taste
Add
2-3 Tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp honey or other natural sweetener
2 tsp raw Organic apple cider vinegar
Add more to taste if you like
Allow all to cook together to flavor.
Put hot vegetables on Arugula.
Drizzle Sriracha if you like a little heat.
Enjoy.
