My Favorite Things

Do you have products your love and are always recommending? Sharing links and raving about something you've fallen in love with? I do it all the time, so I thought I would share it here with you. I shop online all the time. I like to research and read reviews. Read detailed ingredients and where they are sourced from. Sometimes I'll try something new even though I'm in love with what I already use. I don't want to assume I'm already using the best so I branch out. 9 times out of 10 I go back to what I originally liked. But I'm always willing to try; after research and comparison of course.
So.... Here's what I love and purchase on a regular basis or have on autoship.
Food:
Butcher Box: I love their mission to support the farmer. To provide sustainable products that are treated humanely. They care about the lives of animals and proud to partner with folks who raise animals and harvest seafood with safety, sustainability, natural tendencies, and comfort in mind.
Here's a referral code if you'd like to give them a try http://rwrd.io/bxjh00p?c This is a monthly service but you can skip or change dates any time.
Be sure to read all about them, their farmers and fisherman.
Misfits Market: During the warmer months I grow my own produce. But when I can't this is my second choice. They have an amazing variety of organic produce and a variety of other products. I primarily focus on the produce. I wouldn't necessarily say the produce is a misfit but I personally would stay away from the sweet potatoes. I did not have a good experience there. However everything else I have received has been amazing. I also find the price is better than grocery store organic produce in most cases. This is a weekly delivery service but you can skip weeks if you want. Here's a referral code if you'd like to give it a try https://www.misfitsmarket.com/?promo=COOKWME-UV5UJBPSHAD
Hungryroot: If you are looking for flavorful mostly prepared foods, this is the one for you. I love that you can plug in your food needs, intolerances and allergies and they will eliminate anything from their store that includes them. It makes it so much easier to choose your meals and additional groceries. I love to cook and get creative, but sometimes it's nice to have someone else do it for you. This is a weekly subscription service but dates can be skipped. If you want to give them a try here's a referral code https://www.hungryroot.com/r/EA8RBQOL
Supplements:
I'm all about natural healthy foods but sometimes we are lacking nutrients our body needs no matter how good we eat. Food just isn't what it used to be. So unless you are farming your own land and raising your own meat you have very little control when it comes to quality and nutrition.
I use supplements to fill in the gaps. We don't all need all the supplements but hopefully you will find this helpful.
Isagenix: This company offers nutrient dense whey and plant based meal replacement shakes and protein powders. They have many flavors as well as seasonal flavors to stock up on. They do offer several other products to encourage good health. Whether you're an athlete, fitness enthusiast, looking for healthy aging, natural skin care, looking to reduce inflammation, increase energy or just want convenient nutrition. This is a one stop shop. All of the products are 3rd party tested and backed by science and peer reviews.

Turmeric: A major key in reducing inflammation. I cannot recommend this enough. It's so much better than taking an over the counter medication. 3 a day and you're being proactive in your health and inflammation reduction. This is the turmeric I use every day. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MG2AB40/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
Workout Clothes:
Fabletics: My favorite workout pants of all!! And reasonably priced with a membership. Again, you can skip any month. If you forget to skip they will bank your money for your next order. I put it in my calendar so I don't forger. I shop the clearance section first. I alway get the Powerhold. They stay up no matter what. I use them for running or weight training. High waist or mid rise, both are great. Definitely no show when you bend over! They're staying power is superior to other leggings I've tried. I have some pairs over 5 years old. Not as much hold but get the job done.
That's all for now but I'm sure I'll be back for more recommendations.
Feel free to share yours with me. Or if you do use one of the above please let me know what you think.
