Gluten Free Pancakes
Gluten Free Pancakes
Makes 6
1/4 C Almond flour
1/4 GF Rolled oats ground fine
2 Tbsp C Coconut flour
1 Scoop Isagenix Whole Blend protein powder (I used pumpkin latte)
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 Egg or 2 egg whites
1/4 -1/2 C Almond milk or milk of choice. Moisture preference varies
Mix all together (I use a mini food processor to blend well. Allow to sit aside while your griddle or pan heats up. Spray with nonstick spray (avocado oil is my preference) or spread coconut oil. If it’s a nonstick surface use nothing.
Scoop about 1/4 cup batter per pancake spread a little and cook to desired doneness.
Enjoy
Add ins: if you like sweeter pancakes add a tablespoon of honey or natural maple syrup.
Dark chocolate chips, smear with natural nut butter or top with fruit.
